Is there a free trial?
We offer a free pilot program for qualified companies. This includes full access to all features in your chosen tier for a limited period, allowing you to evaluate the platform with your actual data.
Can I pay monthly?
We offer annual contracts as our standard billing model. Quarterly billing is available on request for Professional and Enterprise tiers. Monthly billing is not available.
What's included in onboarding?
All tiers include guided onboarding with our team. This covers initial setup, data migration assistance, user training, and configuration of your probability bands and reporting templates.
Do you integrate with our existing systems?
The core product is designed to work standalone. Enterprise tier includes custom integrations with your ERP, document management, or other systems. We can discuss specific integration requirements during the sales process.
What happens if we exceed our matter limit?
You'll receive advance notice as you approach your limit. You can either upgrade to a higher tier or archive resolved matters to free up capacity. We won't cut off access unexpectedly.
Is our data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Our infrastructure is SOC 2 Type II compliant, and we maintain strict data isolation between organisations. We can provide our security documentation upon request.
